What is Microdermabrasion?

Microdermabrasion is the most natural way to evenly and safely exfoliate the skin without chemicals or laser treatment, and is one of the most requested non-invasive cosmetic procedures available. It utilizes tiny crystals to gently resurface superficial layers of the skin, which makes it right for all skin types and for anyone interested in bringing new life to their complexion. It can even help with enlarged pores, blackheads and comedones.

Does Microdermabrasion Hurt?
Not at all. In fact, it’s a non-invasive therapy that simply gives your skin a good workout that it otherwise never gets. There are no lasers to worry about, no electrical charges, and next to no discomfort. In fact, when a more aggressive treatment is necessary, we can utilize vacuum pressure to evenly penetrate deeper layers of the skin, bringing about instant results that will take years off your look, without any invasive therapy whatsoever.

Will  home maintenance enhance my treatment?

Whenever it comes to an anti-aging treatment, home maintenance is always a key factor. The longevity of your results will be directly related to regular home maintenance, and the proper mix of products to best help with your particular skin condition. We do the hard work – but it’s important you make the most of it by looking after your skin at home.

How often should I get Microdermabrasion?

With our microdermabrasion system, and a little home maintenance, you will generally need a series of treatments to complete the job: one every month for 5 or 6 months, followed by maintenance treatments every 2-3 months, just to be sure things are going as they should. If they are, your skin will look incredible, and the results will be noticeable to those around you.
