It has always been our goal at
Champions Hair Removal to ensure every appointment with us is a
professional and pleasurable experience. In order to better serve
all of our clients with convenient times, we must enforce our
cancellation policy.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you give
us 24-hour notice. We will strive to fill any appointments
cancelled with less than 24-hour notice. You will not be charged
if your appointment time is filled. Electrolysis clients will be
charged a cancellation fee equal to the amount of time you
reserved. Laser clients will be charged a flat rate of $50.00.
As a courtesy to you, we try to confirm all appointments the day
before, however, ultimately it is your responsibility to remember
your appointment. We understand emergencies do occur. When this
happens, we can work together to re-schedule your appointment.
